Q. How do I place an order?

Begin by registering with us here.

Now you can have fun browsing for items you like! If you wish to search for something specific, use the search bar on the top left of the website. Located along the top of the page is where you can browse for items by category.

Click on the ADD TO CART button once you have found the item you want.

You can review the items in your cart by clicking on Checkout, where you can calculate the estimated shipping fee. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, you may key it in before continuing to checkout your order.

Once you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. Here, you will need to confirm your shipping and payment method before completing the order.

Q. What are the payment methods available?

FPX (Senang Pay) – (Visa or Mastercard / Internet Banking)

Q. How do I change my personal information and shipping details?

Login to your account and click on “Dashboard“. You may edit your account information and shipping details here.

Q. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Click on “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address you used to register your account. You will receive an email containing a verification code where you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an order that has been made?

Yes, only if the order status is still pending. Send us an email at hello@zarty.my with the subject “Order Cancellation Request”. Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be canceled.

Q. What currency will my transactions be in?

All product transaction will be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
